“Θ Residence” is located in Platani area near Patras. The plot offers wide open view of Rio-Antirio bridge and the gulf of Patras. Thus the design of this residence demanded wide openings to embrace the plot’s location.
The residence is detached into two separate buildings under one form. The reason for this detachment was to be able to use it as a day-to-day residence but also as a vacation residence that includes three separate suites.
