Project H | A+ Residential complex

The new project by Vamare Residences, in collaboration with Fermanoglou architects & associates, is about a housing complex in Kefalari region.

The area is characterized as residential, providing its residents with abundant greenery, security, along with easy access to the cosmopolitan center of Kifisia, which is only a few hundred meters away.

The complex is developed on the conjunction of Xenias and Apollonos street in Kifisia and is consisted of 5 individual residences, which emphasize on privacy, as well as the location positioning depending on the best orientation. The sitting rooms are placed towards the South side in order to accumulate the sunlight throughout the day, while narrow openings towards the North side allow a clear view of Xenias’ park. All of the residences’ entrances, as well as the underground parkings’ ones are located on the North side, towards Xenias street. All of the residences have their own private and independent entrance with a private staircase and elevator.

Two of the residences are located on the ground floor with each one having private use of the garden and swimming pool, whereas the other two are located on both first and second floor and each has a private roof garden with a swimming pool.Lastly, there is a four-story residence with private use of garden and swimming pool.
