This vacation residence is located at the southern part of Greece, at the coast of Porto Cheli area, and offers an open sea view of the Argolic gulf and the historic island of Spetses. The 4,000sqm plot bends with the coastline and includes a private beach for the residents.
The dwelling covers 1,500sqm of the plot and is divided into two sections, one housing the public areas (living room, kitchen and indoor facilities) and private sleeping quarters, and the other containing a two bedroom guesthouse.
