Filothei Hill House

Filothei Hill House is a private residence in the upper neighborhood of Filothei, right under Filothei Hill.

As it is situated on a steep inclination, users can benefit from total privacy while enjoying the contrast between different views of both the city (OAKA stadium, Pendeli and all of the northern suburbs of Athens) and the forest view (Filothei hill).

These basic parameters, led us to create a complex volume with double sided wide openings (main façade – rear façade). The closed facades of the building are covered by natural materials to blend within the landscape.
